Here's an easier way to create cases! The AI Policy Picker (Beta) fills out and suggests the most suitable policy options for employee moves based on the case details you select.

Setting up the AI Policy Documents

⚠️ Before using the AI Policy Picker (Beta), you will need to Add or Link Policy Documents to Case Types.

The AI Policy Picker (Beta) uses the policy documents uploaded to better understand your company’s policies. When that option is enabled, this results in more accurate case type suggestions. Uploaded documents also automatically update this case type’s description to further refine AI guidance.

Go to Settings > Case Settings and choose a Case Type. Scroll down to AI Policy Documents and upload relevant files (such as policy documents) or link them if you already have them saved in your Company Documents. Once added or selected, click on Attach Files to link the policy documents to the Case Type.

AI will read these files to determine which policy is best!

To unlink an AI Policy Document, simply click on "..." and select Unlink.

Enabling the AI Policy Picker (Beta)

You can access the AI Policy Picker (Beta) by clicking on Settings > Administration > Company Info > Toggle AI Policy Picker - Beta on.

💡Note: Admin users can use the AI Policy Picker (Beta) without activating it by clicking on Preview AI Policy Picker in the Administration Settings.

When the AI Policy Picker (Beta) is activated, the Case Initiation screen is replaced with the AI Assistant.

💡Note: You can also opt to manually enter case details by clicking on Skip to manual selection.

Enter and select the case details and the assistant will suggest the most suitable policy option.

For the AI Policy Picker (Beta) to work most effectively, you need to feed it with policy information in Case Settings. Go to Settings > Case Settings and choose a case type. Scroll down to AI Policy Documents and upload relevant files, such as policy documents.
